Cancellation Policy

Respect the hive, protect the buzz.

We totally understand—life happens.

However, when appointments are missed or canceled last-minute, it directly impacts the time, income, and livelihood of our hardworking stylists. To help protect their time and ensure we can continue providing the elevated experience you expect, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total, and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total. For all chemical services, a valid credit card is required on file at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel, please call us at (609) 994-2357. Not a phone person? No problem—text us at (609) 339-8877 instead.

This isn’t about penalties—it’s about honoring the time and energy our team pours into every guest. When a spot opens up unexpectedly, it often goes unfilled—and that means someone from the hive misses out on the opportunity to get pampered.
